Lift Offa’s Mead is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support a class alongside an experienced teacher. The role focuses on enabling access to the curriculum, promoting independence and inclusion, and ensuring students achieve their learning goals.

The position is 32.5 hours per week, fixed-term until July 2027, starting September 2026, with progression opportunities through Lift Schools’ apprenticeship and teacher training programmes.
