Apprentice IT Service Desk Analyst – 1st Line Support

Restore plc in Manchester is seeking an Apprentice IT Service Desk Analyst (1st Line) to join the team. You will be the first point of contact for IT queries from internal and external users, providing guidance, logging tickets, and escalating issues when needed.
