Dakota Manchester Airport is recruiting a Commis Chef/Demi Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You will handle multiple sections, prepare and cook dishes to specification across menus, and maintain high standards during all service periods.

We expect at least 2 years of professional cooking experience in a full-service restaurant, with skilled fish and meat prep. The role offers a permanent contract, 37.5 hours weekly, and shifts finishing late at night, with health and food safety training
