Hospitality Assistant – Part Time

We are seeking a warm, friendly, and motivated Hospitality Assistant to join our friendly team based at The Willowbury Village in West Malling. This is a part-time position working 15 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverage, and retail services to RVG standards, maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment
• Provide residents and visitors with a warm and professional welcome, anticipating and meeting their hospitality needs
• Handle enquiries, issues, and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating when necessary
• Work effectively as part of the village team to deliver high-quality service and build strong relationships with residents
• Contribute ideas for improving menus, services, and operational processes
• Support the achievement of food and beverage revenue targets using established systems and processes
• Maintain and update personal skills, accreditations, and knowledge of industry best practices

Experience and Qualifications

• Job-related experience desirable but not essential
• Up to 1 year of general work experience delivering to standard
