Contract Details
Contract 1 – PM: 22.5 hours per week, 5 evenings a week between Monday to Sunday 6:30 pm – 11 pm.
Contract 2 – PM: 9 hours per week, 2 evenings a week between Monday and Sunday 6:30 pm – 11 pm.
Contract 3 – AM: 9 hours per week, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday 6:30 am – 9:30 am.
Hours may increase with additional pick‑ups and covering holidays.
Salary
Hourly rate £13.05 – £14.08.

Responsibilities
Drive staff to and from arranged location points in Basingstoke/Reading and deliver them to The Loddon School on time.
Perform vehicle checks and maintain basic maintenance, ensuring sufficient consumables such as windscreen wash and diesel.
Report any issues or accidents immediately and ensure vehicles are roadworthy day‑ahead.
Leave vehicles clean and tidy at the end of every journey.
Provide a warm and welcoming journey for current and new staff, remain flexible to last‑minute changes, and build good communication with staff and managers.
Requirements
- Must be over 21 years old.
- Have at least 3 years of driving experience.
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Have the right to work in the UK and a visa with 12 months or more on current status.
- Willing to undertake a DBS check.
- Commit to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people at The Loddon School.
