HGV Class 1 Driver – Harlow

Our client, a leader in the UK construction materials industry, is hiring for a HGV Class 1 Driver to join their team in Harlow. What you’ll be doing:
- Operating Tankers to deliver construction materials to various building sites across the region
- Driving safely and efficiently, adhering to all road and safety regulations
- Working out of the Harlow factory, with all training provided
- Delivering company products on a Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional Saturday mornings during busy periods
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on time
What you’ll bring:
- A valid Class 1 LGV licence
- Current Driver Qualification Card (DQC)
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Willingness to learn and adapt, even if you’re new to tanker driving
- A professional attitude and commitment to safety
Preferred but not essential:
- Experience with powder tankers
Additional details:
- Basic salary of £33,790 for 40 hours, with mandatory overtime expected
- Total earnings can exceed £40,000 annually
- Monthly pay schedule
