Job Description

• Keep breakfast area tidy and food replenished at all times.
• Serve drinks and take orders using the POS system.
• Check out meals before collection from kitchen and deliver to guests promptly, ensuring temperature and appearance, and announce items.
• Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy per procedure manual.
• Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service.
• Take responsibility for your designated section and station.
• Any other reasonable request by Supervisor or Hotel Management.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and hospitality.
• Upbeat personality able to build rapport in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Great communication and customer relationship skills.
• Collaborate with team to ensure every guest leaves with a wish to return.
