Residential Care Assistant — Flexible Shifts & Training

Lancashire County Council is seeking dedicated people to support older adults in Thornton Cleveleys. This part-time role focuses on delivering compassionate care and enabling individuals to live life their way, with training provided to meet The Care Certificate standards.

You’ll work the rota including Saturdays/Sundays 13:00–17:00 and Wednesdays/Thursdays 11:00–17:00, with pro-rata salary £25,949 per annum for 16 hours per week.
