Elite U18s PDP Lead Coach

Cardiff City Football Club’s Academy is seeking a Professional Development Phase Coach (U18s lead) to drive on-pitch coaching and holistic development within the PDP blueprint at the U18 level. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and review programmes that accelerate player progression through the pathway.

The role requires UEFA A Licence and youth awards, with experience in elite football environments and strong leadership, communication and safeguarding
