Education Support Assistant – Eastbourne
£14.25 to £16.40 per hour
Pink Tile Education are looking for an Education Support Assistant for a school in Eastbourne. This role would suit someone who wants a varied school-based position supporting pupils with learning, confidence, routines and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Support children in lessons and work with small groups
- Provide 1:1 support or help pupils who need encouragement to stay focused and engaged
- Support pupils who may have SEND, SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, anxiety or gaps in learning

Candidate profile
- Reliable, kind and proactive
- Experience in schools, childcare, care, youth work, tutoring, coaching, nursery work or supporting children with additional needs would be useful
