Frailty Admin Coordinator: Patient Care & Scheduling

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board seeks a proactive Frailty Administrative Assistant to join the department at Southport and Whiston Hospitals. You will be the first point of contact, handling appointments, data entry and patient communications with confidentiality and care.
