Science Teacher – Leamington Spa

Overview

Justteachers Supply Agency is seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Leamington Spa. This full-time position begins in September 2026 and may become permanent for the ideal candidate.

The school’s Science department is dedicated to delivering high-quality learning experiences, encouraging students to engage deeply with biology, chemistry, and physics in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all students
• Track and assess student progress effectively
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
• Apply behaviour management strategies in line with school policies

Prerequisites

• QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Science in UK secondary schools
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
• Two references from an educational background or school setting
