• Pay: £14.25 to £16.40 per hour
• Contract options: Temporary, permanent, temp-to-perm
• Start: As soon as possible or September

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in lessons
• Help with behaviour
• Encourage positive routines
• Build strong relationships with children who may need extra motivation
• Support pupils with SEMH needs, confidence, focus, emotional regulation or social skills
• Utilise coaching background to help pupils build resilience and self-belief

Qualifications & skills

• Energetic, calm and consistent
• Experience in sports coaching (football, rugby), youth work, mentoring, SEND support, behaviour support or care
• Ability to build trust and maintain clear boundaries with children
