Class 1 HGV Driver (Tramping) – Temp to Perm

Blue Arrow is recruiting Class 1 (C+E) drivers for a client based in Cardiff. The role is a temp-to-perm opportunity with UK-wide haulage.

Role: Class 1 HGV Driver (Day work and tramping)

Location: Cardiff (UK wide haulage)

Contract: Temp to perm

Shifts: Monday to Friday

Pay: £15.15 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering general haulage to depots and customers across the UK
• Following pre-planned routes and schedules
• Driving well-maintained, modern vehicles
• Maintaining work‑life balance with set hours and no weekend requirement
• Participating in structured development and training paths for career progression
• Completing fast onboarding with assessment and induction within 48 hours

What We’re Looking For

• A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• A professional, safety‑first approach
• Flexibility for early starts and UK‑wide routes
