SEMH & Autism TA – Alternative Provision

Just Teachers Ltd in Sheffield is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream secondary school’s Alternative Provision from September 2026. This full-time, temp-to-perm role focuses on supporting students with SEMH and Autism in a growing provision serving up to 150 students across 10 classes.

You will assist teachers, help create a calm, supportive learning environment, and contribute to behaviour management and pastoral interventions.
