Field Care Supervisor — On‑Call, Training & Impact

Care Outlook Ltd in London is seeking a dedicated Care Supervisor to join our expanding team. You will participate in the paid on-call rota, complete care assessments and write up Care Plans, and build strong relationships with care staff and service users.

You will assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC, support the care coordinator with duties, and help clients with personal care while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
