We’re seeking individuals who were born to swim and are eager to embrace our ground‑breaking Swimming Nature method. Swimming Nature is the UK’s leading independent provider of bespoke swimming tuition, with over three decades of experience. We specialise in nurturing water confidence from infancy to adulthood, delivering award‑winning programs that leave a lasting impact on each student’s swim journey.

Responsibilities

• Impart essential swimming skills to students of all ages.
• Conduct engaging lessons that promote learning and enjoyment.
• Prioritise safety during all classes.
• Follow our award‑winning teaching program and utilise our unique rewards system and cutting‑edge technology to guide students through each skill level.
• Work flexibly Monday to Saturday, with competitive pay rates up to £25 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Hold a Swim England Level 1 & 2, STA Swimming Instructor Qualification, or an equivalent international qualification.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with prior customer‑facing or service experience.
• Possess a current lifesaving qualification (preferred, though training can be provided).
• Showcase excellent swimming ability and up‑to‑date knowledge of the sport.
