Prep Team Member – 4 on 4 off, Training & Benefits

Charlie Bigham’s Wells is seeking a Preparation Team Member to support busy kitchen production on a 4 on, 4 off days pattern. You’ll hand-cut and prep ingredients, working to high hygiene and quality standards.

You’ll receive a competitive hourly rate from £14.72 rising to £15.33 after 3 months, with overtime at over £20 per hour, 28 days’ holiday, a quarterly bonus, free meals, and staff discounts, plus training via the Bigham’s Academy.
