R&D Technologist: Frozen Foods & Scale-Up Innovation

TipTopJob in Erith is seeking a Research and Development Technologist to join a growing food manufacturer. You will help take new product ideas from concept through to production, with a focus on frozen foods and product innovation.

You will run factory trials, optimise recipes for taste, texture and cost, transfer products to full-scale production, and collaborate with QA and Technical teams to maintain food safety standards, producing clear technical documentation.
