Job Description:
CBRE in Newcastle is recruiting a Water Hygiene Technician to join our facilities team on a static site spanning 39+ buildings across two campuses. You will monitor water systems, support on-site maintenance, perform PPMs, and assist with TMV servicing to ensure compliance with current regulations.
You will work with the Site FM and contractors, using CAFM on a tablet, and carry out cleaning and disinfection of cold water storage tanks.
