SEN Teaching Assistant – Support & Growth for Students

Academy Transformation Trust is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support identified vulnerable students across the 11-16 age range. You will work 37 hours per week during term time, helping raise academic outcomes and wellbeing under the direction of teachers.

The role requires a GCSE grade 4/C in English and Maths, experience with 11-16 learners, and a commitment to inclusion. An enhanced DBS check is required; flexible working options and a broad benefits package are provided.
