Adult Mental Health Social Worker – Maternity Fixed-Term

Harrow Council is seeking a dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join the Adult Social Care Mental Health Team on a fixed-term basis to provide maternity cover. You will deliver person-centered support in line with the Care Act 2014 and ensure assessments and support plans are completed in full compliance.

You will work within a strengths-based framework to empower adults with complex needs, while maintaining Social Work England registration and adhering to safeguarding standards.
