Secondary Teaching Assistant – Term-Time, Part-Time

East Sussex County Council is seeking a Teaching Assistant (Secondary) to support students in years 9, 10 and 11. The post is part-time, 32.5 hours per week, term-time only, with a pro-rata salary starting in September 2026.

You will work under the direction of teachers to assist with lessons and provide a supportive, calm learning environment, promoting inclusion and safeguarding. Successful applicants will undergo an enhanced DBS check or have one already in place.
