Behaviour Intervention & Learning Support TA

Pink Tile Education are looking for a Behaviour Intervention Teaching Assistant for a school in Haywards Heath. This role supports pupils to reset, refocus and make positive choices during the school day.

Responsibilities include supporting pupils who may struggle with behaviour, emotional regulation, transitions, motivation and learning engagement, with potential 1:1 tuition, small-group work and helping pupils return to learning after difficult moments. Start: as soon as possible or September.
