SEMH Teaching Assistant — Calm Learning Coach

Pink Tile Education Ltd. in Hailsham is seeking an SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils in an alternative provision setting. The role focuses on building relationships, supporting routines and emotional regulation, with small group and 1:1 sessions.

You will work with students who have SEMH needs, anxiety or behavioural challenges, helping them take small steps back toward learning. Positions available as temporary, permanent or temp-to-permanent.
