As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you’ll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it’s a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails. You’ll work with the whole team to make sure every customer leaves happy, which they tend to do because of your natural skills.

Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in.
- Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right.
- Preparing and serving drinks to spec – coffees, cocktails, and everything in between.
- Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift.
- Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence.
- Working with the whole team to ensure every customer leaves happy.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Previous hospitality or retail experience is a bonus, but not essential.
- Self‑motivated, able to work at pace and adapt to varying customer needs.
- A natural talent and passion for hospitality.
- Ability to read each customer effortlessly and adjust style accordingly.
