SEN Learning Support Assistant: Real Impact

Academics is sourcing a SEN Teaching Assistant in Brighton to support pupils with a range of needs including Autism, SEMH, ADHD and Moderate Learning Difficulties. This full-time position begins September 2026 and includes ongoing CPD and safeguarding training.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, assist teachers and specialists, and help pupils develop communication, confidence and independence while promoting positive behaviour across the school day.
