Salary: £14.34 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.80 per hour + £1.54 holiday pay) + Driving Time

Location: Bracknell

Must be available to work throughout June and July for this vacancy (8‑10 hour stock count shifts + your driving time paid).

Access to wages from 3‑7 days after shift completion. Immediate start and holiday pay.

The Role

• Retail Minibus Driver responsible for overseeing the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region.




• Employment will be carried out on different retail customer sites and stores with travel varying on a shift‑by‑shift basis. Certain locations will have minibus transport provided free of charge.




• Follow the correct processes when notifying your count team of the pick‑up points and timings for each shift.




• Escalate any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient manner.




• Complete a team attendance sheet, detailing the stock counters expected on the bus, who attended and the arrival time of the bus on site.




• Whilst on site, ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.




• Be able to stand for prolonged periods of time; access equipment may be used on occasion to reach high stock.

Key Skills/ Experience Required

• Work unsociable hours, early mornings or night shifts; therefore we cannot hire anyone under the age of 25 years.




• Full Driving Licence required.




• Can‑do attitude and ability to work long shifts on large counts.




• Quick learner due to evolving technology in our business.




• Previous experience handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.
