We are looking for a Sales Associate / Key Holder for a permanent full-time position in our new Salomon Store in Liverpool.
Your role
To perform this job successfully, you will:
- Use exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
- Accompany and advise customers to provide a high-level customer experience, propose complementary products (additional sales).
- Be responsible for opening and closing the store.
- Handle cash confidently, including refunds/exchanges and completing start/end of day cash procedures.
- Be proficient in Sales Techniques and the Digital Tools available in store to provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist in protecting company assets and procedures through promoting loss prevention and ensuring that the stockroom is clean and well-organized.
- Master standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising and community marketing principles.
- Be a brand ambassador and leverage the brand service culture.
This position involves 100% presence on the sales floor.
Qualifications
