Independent Living & Transitions Adviser for Care Leavers

Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking two staff members in the 18+ Team to support Care Leavers transitioning from care homes to independent living at Hove Town Hall.

You will provide individual support and advice, assist young people in accessing education, training and employment, and teach budgeting, problem-solving and independence skills to help them achieve settled status and stable housing.
