You’ll be joining our growing Construction division, this is the perfect opportunity to get fully trained, work on live vacancies from day one, and build the foundations for a successful career in recruitment.
With full training, ongoing mentoring, and a supportive team around you, you’ll gain hands-on experience sourcing candidates, managing bookings, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
This opportunity is suited to a person that had the following:

- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with people
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
- Resilient, ambitious, and motivated by success
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
