Job summary
Do you excel at customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere withgreat communication?

The ideal person will have/be:
- Supervisory experience of managing a small team
- At least 2 years experience as a receptionist or in a customer facing role
- Previous switchboard experience
- Smart, professional appearance and courteous manner
- Be a confident, well-presented individual who possesses excellent interpersonal &
- organisational skills
- Can demonstrate a passion for excellent customer service.
- Be able to lead by example and nurture the reception teams strengths and identify areas
- for improvement.
And if possible (but not essential) have:
- Experience in a showroom environment
