Stores Co-Ordinator Ballymena – £28,000 – £31,000
We are working with a leading manufacturer to recruit a Stores Co-Ordinator to oversee the efficient management of materials, tools and inventory within a busy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
*Receive, inspect and issue materials, tools and consumables.
*Carry out stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
*Monitor inventory, maintain systems and support material forecasting.
*Maintain ERP records and ensure compliance with health & safety and audit requirements.
*Supervise and support store personnel while promoting safe and efficient working practices.
Essential Criteria:
*Experience managing materials, stores or inventory.
*Strong organisational, planning and communication skills.
*Knowledge of inventory control and material handling.
*Experience leading or supervising a team.
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
*Ability to work flexibly and respond effectively to changing production demands.
Desirable:
*35 years’ experience in a similar role.
*Manufacturing or construction industry experience.
*Experience with ERP systems.
