Eligibility
Graduate Degree: any discipline with minimum 50% marks and bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) (minimum 3 years professional course) with minimum 50% marks.Integrated LL.B. (Professional): 5 years with minimum 50% marks.Master’s degree in Law (LLM): preference will be given.Experience: minimum 24 years of post‑qualification executive experience (including experience as ET/MT) in State / Central Government Departments, Organisations, Undertakings or Large Private Sector Organisations, Institutions, Companies or Large Law Firms, of which at least 16 years should be in a legal function. Up to 8 years of practicing advocate experience shall also be considered.Government/PSU/PSB: candidates must have at least one year experience in the next lower IDA pay scale (Rs. 1,20,000‑2,80,000) or equivalent as per the revised 2017 scale. For CPSEs operating multiple executive levels, only one level below the highest level in which the scale is applied will be considered.
