General Manager – Manchester – Maternity Cover
12 months Fixed Term Contract, starting in September 2026

Role and responsibilities
We’re looking for a General Manager who leads the team using positive energy, passion and humility. The role involves:
- Managing and developing the team
- Ensuring Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance
- Recruiting and training staff
- Meeting set KPI’s
- Commercial and COGS management
- Compliance and reporting
- Driving sales growth through continuous improvement of service and restaurant performance
