General Manager – Manchester – Maternity Cover

12 months Fixed Term Contract, starting in September 2026

Role and responsibilities

We’re looking for a General Manager who leads the team using positive energy, passion and humility. The role involves:

• Managing and developing the team
• Ensuring Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance
• Recruiting and training staff
• Meeting set KPI’s
• Commercial and COGS management
• Compliance and reporting
• Driving sales growth through continuous improvement of service and restaurant performance
