This is a fantastic opportunity for a dependable individual with manufacturing or production experience to secure a full-time position with an immediate start.
Day to Day Duties:Operating production machinery to manufacture high-quality productsLoading materials and preparing machines for production runsMonitoring machine operations and ensuring efficient outputCarrying out quality inspections and checks on finished productsFollowing production schedules, work instructions, and specificationsIdentifying and reporting machine faults or maintenance requirementsMaintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environmentSupporting the wider production team as required
Requirement:Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferredExperience within a manufacturing or woodworking environment would be advantageousStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood understanding of health and safety proceduresReliable and punctual with a positive attitudeWillingness to learn and develop new skills
