Construction Arbitration Associate, 2+PQE, Elite US Firm

A leading US law firm is seeking a Construction Arbitration Associate (2–4 PQE) to join its specialist international disputes practice.

This newly created role follows the instruction of a landmark international construction arbitration that is expected to be the team’s primary focus over the next two years. The successful candidate will work closely with leading partners on one of the market’s most significant disputes from the outset.

The team specialises exclusively in complex international construction arbitrations arising from major energy, infrastructure, mining and industrial projects worldwide.

Requirements

• 2–4 years’ PQE.
• Strong international construction arbitration experience.
• Experience gained at a leading City, international or specialist construction disputes practice.
• Excellent academic credentials.
