5+ PQE Corporate Lawyer – Offshore Cayman, Flexible Hours

Agnew O’Brien is seeking a corporate associate for its London office to support a growing Cayman law capability. The role offers exposure to M&A, private equity, capital markets, joint ventures and reorganisations, with a technology practice touching Web3, digital assets and AI.

Strong candidates will have 5+ years PQE, English or Commonwealth qualification, and experience at a top firm. The environment is flexible with a focus on quality, not hours worked, and autumn start is anticipated.
