We’re recruiting for a growing employee‑owned SAP consultancy recognised for delivering high-quality SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programmes.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior SAP CO Consultant to strengthen the Finance practice across Germany.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP CO implementation and SAP S/4HANA Finance projects.
• Configure Cost Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing and Profitability Analysis.
• Analyse controlling processes and recommend best‑practice solutions.
• Lead customer workshops and solution design sessions.
• Collaborate closely with SAP FI and other functional teams.
• Support pre‑sales and business development activities.
• Mentor junior consultants.

Your Profile

• Minimum 4 years’ SAP CO experience.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation experience.
• SAP CO Customising expertise.
• Native or C1 German.
• SAP Activate experience desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Passion for helping customers transform their finance organisations.
