Global Design Manager – Brand & Packaging Innovation

Haleon is seeking a Global Design Manager to embed design thinking across its Oral Health brands and lead end-to-end design, packaging, and brand experiences. You will partner with the Global Design Director to define vision and work with marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver distinctive consumer experiences.

You will manage design for Aquafresh and support Sensodyne and Pronamel, oversee external partners, ensure brand guidelines, and drive design ROI in a fast-paced consumer goods
