Mindera is seeking a Senior Business Development Lead to drive growth in the UK Retail and Grocery sectors. You will hunt for net-new logos, engage with C-suite and procurement, and articulate the value of modern software craftsmanship and AI-enabled squads.

Based in the UK, you will operate with a hybrid model, visiting the London Paddington office three days a week, and work with Mindera’s global teams to shape bespoke engineering squads for large enterprise opportunities.
