Sixth Form Learning Coach: Mentoring & Academic Support

Collingwood College is seeking a compassionate Sixth Form Learning Coach to support students with EHCPs, providing a blend of academic, pastoral and emotional help that enables them to succeed.

You will work with post-16 students, delivering targeted interventions and mentoring while coordinating with teachers, the SEND team and external professionals to ensure every student receives the required support. This is a role grounded in safeguarding and inclusive practice.
