What You Will Do
As a Project Supervisor in our ADT Major Project Group, you will work closely with the Project Manager on large construction projects across the UK. Your focus will be on health and safety, programme management, site control, subcontractor management, and developing relationships with customers. You will provide day‑to‑day direction and coaching to an onsite team, help motivate and empower them around key priorities, and ensure we meet or exceed financial and performance expectations while improving client relationships.
Essential
- Valid driving licence
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing environment
- Management of field teams within the fire & security industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- People‑management skills and the ability to develop and manage a team, preferably as a field manager
- Ability to deal with new and unexpected situations in a proactive and professional manner
- Ability to build strong relationships and inspire and influence others
- Electrical background
- Experience managing subcontractors on large sites
- Ability to ensure all operatives are fully productive, cost efficient and maintain a professional image
Preferred
- Experience installing fire alarms and security systems
- Commercially minded with the ability to promote a safe, health‑friendly environment
- ECS Gold Card or SSSTS certification
