In this role, you’ll join the R&D Advisory Group within Syneos Health Consulting where you will help make life science R&D organisations and operations more efficient and effective across research, clinical, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance. You’ll help organisaions in times of change whether that is driven by a change in operating model, strategy, processes, technology or a combination of these. You will:

  • Work with senior customer stakeholders to comprehend the customer’s business goals, processes, operations, and expectations
  • Develop customer proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of the needs and objectives, approach and solution, plus the commercial construct to deliver projects
  • Develop engagement strategies and plans and present findings and recommendations to team members
  • Conduct quality management oversight of project deliverables
  • Develop content to leverage in business development opportunities with prospective customers
  • Actively build networks of customers by utilising social media, attending seminars and conferences, and through referrals
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business
  • Extensive experience in consulting management in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting industry or equivalent industry role
  • Experience working in one or more R&D operational roles either in industry or consulting
  • Strong presentation and business development skills

Desired Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in life sciences or business
