Warehouse Administrator

Overview

Kinaxia are looking to recruit a Warehouse Administrator to join their team at their site in Snetterton. The role provides general administrative support for the warehouse department to ensure effective and efficient service levels are delivered and maintained.

Working week: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Complete general administrative duties in an efficient and effective manner to deliver a world class service
• Maintain the warehouse stock system by accurately inputting required data, check and reconcile data where appropriate, and identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy
• Prepare and cross-check all documentation relating to the movement of goods to meet customer service levels
• Communicate with the warehouse and customers to ensure smooth day-to-day maintenance of stock control
• Answer and direct queries promptly in a professional manner, providing accurate information to ensure excellent customer service
• Maintain a relevant and structured filing system to establish an organised department
• Work in a safe and tidy manner, complying with all health and safety regulations to ensure compliance for both yourself and the company

Your Knowledge And Experience

• Working knowledge of basic administration principles
• Warehouse industry and stock management systems desirable
• Microsoft packages
• General administration tasks, preferably in the haulage industry
• Supporting a department with general administration tasks
• Working with stock management systems is desirable
