Strategic Regional Project Manager for Civil Portfolio Delivery

National Highways is seeking a Project Manager to lead a portfolio within the East region, based from Bedford, Cambridge or Ipswich offices. You will plan and deliver a portfolio within the 5-year rolling capital programme, coordinating multiple contractors and consultants.

Responsibilities include governance, financial reporting, risk management and strong stakeholder communication to ensure project outcomes and compliance across the supply chain.
