SaaS Support Team Lead | Remote + UK Travel

Artemis Clarke Ltd is hiring a Support Team Lead/Manager for a new permanent role. UK home-based with regular trips to the South Coast for management meetings. You will lead a small team and collaborate with IT (QA, Product, Software Development) to deliver excellent customer service for our SaaS platform.

This role blends people leadership with technical oversight, including incident management and triage, mentoring the team, and promoting Best Practice across the support function.
