We’re recruiting for a Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial maintenance contracts across the South West. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with an excellent reputation, a supportive leadership team and genuine opportunities for career progression.
The Role
Manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple FM contracts.
Lead and develop a team of engineers and supervisors.
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Oversee compliance, H&S, financial performance and contract KPIs.
Identify opportunities to improve performance and support business growth.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience managing hard FM contracts.
Strong client-facing and people management skills.
Good commercial awareness and experience managing budgets.
Knowledge of statutory compliance and health & safety.
Full UK driving licence.
