Impactful Public Sector BA | Process & Cost Modelling

1st Executive is seeking an experienced Interim Business Analyst for a major public sector transformation programme. The role concentrates on shaping operational efficiency through business change, process improvement and unit cost framework development.

Hybrid and UK-wide locations are supported. You will work with Finance, Operations, Data and Technology teams, leading workshops, mapping processes with BPMN, and linking activities to cost drivers to support cost allocation and business cases.
