Loom Talent is supporting a fantastic business, recognised as a Times best place to work, and is looking for a Sales & Logistics Coordinator for a 4-day week. The role will support the supply chain team and be based from the company HQ in Weybridge. The organisation operates a 4-day working week and offers hybrid work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage order streams for UK-IE retailers, marketplaces and customer e-commerce portal.
- Place orders on NetSuite and ensure they are delivered to customers within SLA.
- Manage customer enquiries and deliver exceptional service.
- Coordinate transport, schedule deliveries, and support logistics planning.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operational flow and cost effectiveness.
- Collate, monitor and analyse operational data to drive efficiency and support decision making.
- Assist in meeting sales targets through effective stock‑management, planning, communication, and organisation.
Qualifications
We are looking for a detail‑driven professional with excellent written and spoken English, strong communication and customer service skills and 2–5 years of experience in a similar customer‑facing role. You should have a solid organisational ability, an analytical mindset and good Excel skills. Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is important. You should be confident coordinating transport, scheduling deliveries, and supporting logistics planning, with a background in sales support, sales operations and/or logistics. A passion for accuracy, attention to detail and the drive to go the extra mile for customers will ensure success in this role.
